Services We Provide
We provide deck building, repair, and installation services in Odessa, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work that affects the quoted price.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these deadlines, delays can occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, weather events, or lack of maintenance.
Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our team to complete the work. This includes clearing the work area of personal items and ensuring pets are secured during our visits.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.
Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or issues that arise from conditions beyond our control.
Permits and Regulations
We will obtain all necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring any HOA approvals are secured before work begins. We build to local building codes and industry standards.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
